Any athlete who competes for the first time during this year of the competition can participate in the novice category. (Example: If it's your first competition to participate in this year, and you have participated in different competitions in the period before this competition. No matter whether you participate in the novice competition and the open competition of different competitions, you are eligible to join.) If any competitors has participated in any bodybuilding in the previous year of this competition. All competitors are not allowed to participate in the competition. If any violation is found, the qualification and competition results will be revoked.

Only penetrating type (Protan, LSR, Jan tana, etc.) can be used for spray tan, and cream-applying type (Dream tan, BB Tan, etc.) is prohibited for maintaining the cleanliness of the venue.

The height and weight standards are based on the measurement results during the weighing check. If it does not match the registration information, the staff will change the group for the athlete.

The old and new version of the classic bodybuilding competition pants can be used for flat feet (refer to IFBB). It is forbidden to wear traditional bodybuilding competition pants or underwear, otherwise you will not be allowed to participate in the competition.

At the back of the stage and the contestant preparation area, only the athletes and coaches participating in the competition period can enter. Please pay attention to the access permission of different wristbands to enter different places.

If you are absent on the day of registration, you will be disqualified from the competition. All fees will be non-refundable.

Different events will be assigned different number plates. Athletes should keep them properly and pay attention to wearing the correct number plates when going on stage. If they lose or fail to wear the correct number plates on time, they will be disqualified from the competition.

If there are less than four participants, the group level will be canceled. Our staff will re-organised the arrangements of the groups, the participants will jump up into another group. All payment will be non-refundable.

This competition will adopt a real-time place score card system for the first time in Hong Kong bodybuilding competition and the finalist' s score will be uploaded after the competition.
